Who We Are
KIS Volleyball is an intermediate-level recreational league in Long Beach. We run a coed 4v4 format at Rosie's Dog Beach — competitive enough to keep it interesting, casual enough to keep it fun.
Season 3 is in the books — congrats to our champions, That's What She Set. Now Season 3.5 is here: a fast four-date express season to get you playing and done before the holidays.
Why We Play
We build an inclusive, volunteer-powered beach volleyball community for intermediate-level adults — connecting people through play, and returning profits directly to our players and local charities.
Core Values
The League
Season 3.5 is a short, sweet season built to get you on the sand and done before the holidays. Coed, intermediate level, at least 4 players per team — three game days and then playoffs at Rosie's Dog Beach. Only the first 5 teams to register get in.
The Tournament · Halloween Day
A separate, one-day event to close out the season — and it lands on Halloween. Teams of three, coed required, face off in a bracket-style tournament at Rosie's Dog Beach starting at 9 AM. Costumes are encouraged (not required) — come dressed to spike. The field is full, but everyone's welcome to hang out and cheer.
How It Works
STEP 01
Team captains register their squad below — the first 5 teams in get the spots, with at least 4 players per team. This league is intermediate level — you should be comfortable with basic game play.
STEP 02
We send you the schedule, payment details, and everything you need to know. Payment is $35 per player, due by Nov 9.
STEP 03
Game days Nov 14, Nov 21 and Dec 5, then playoffs Dec 12 at Rosie's Dog Beach. Bring sunscreen, bring energy, bring your team name.
